Scott W. Duval acts as outside general counsel to several private clubs, community associations, and businesses in Southwest Florida. Scott has been offering practical legal solutions for over twenty years and prides himself on sustaining long-term relationships with many of his clients.
Scott also focuses his practice on corporate and business law as well as commercial real estate, including both domestic and international projects, development, construction and lending. In addition to representing individuals and entities in the acquisition, development and financing of real property, Scott assists clients in the formation of new business entities and the purchase and sale of assets and going businesses. He performs all aspects of commercial and residential real property transactions, including preparation of leases, purchase and sales agreements, construction contracts, conveyance, and financing documents.
